  We have had a great experience working with General RV Wixom. It started with a call to Brad Green in sales. We live in Florida and found an RV we wanted in Wixom Michigan, we made an offer and we agreed on a price. Upon arrival in Michigan we were greeted by the front staff who introduced us to Michelle Adams. There was a delay in delivery of the vehicle and Sales Manager Chris Cole got involved. Without going into all the details I just want to say that the whole process was handled very professionally and we left and headed back to Florida in our RV. I also want to thank Jessie Stevens, Bill, Kevin and Anita for their assistance in the deal! I highly recommend this great group of people.

  Alexandria was a tremendous help to us. She is kind, knowledgeable, and truly knows how to use her resources effectively. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure we understood all of our options. Because of her guidance, we now have a much clearer vision of what we want for retirement. We are very grateful for her support and highly recommend her.

  Great team that helped us find our perfect rv every step of the way! Chris L helped us pick out a Grand Design in the cold and was very helpful in showing us different models that fit our needs. Brandon W was great with explaining financing and finding us a good lender. Very attentive service staff, HUGE thank you to Steve and Church for fixing our last minute issues before we drove it off the lot. Steve's great knowledge and Church's awesome execution really helped us with the minor fixes our rig needed before leaving, solving some light flickers. And Bill gave us a great walk through, showing us how to use everything, a very detailed and kind man. We appreciate your whole team for getting us into our new rig! Thank you guys!

  I felt inclined to write this review to highlight the truly amazing people at General RV Wixom that made this a wonderful experience that far exceeded anything we've ever encountered. From our first time visiting, we felt welcomed by the friendly staff at the front desk. Our salesperson, Shane D. worked out a fantastic deal and made it smooth and seamless - he listened to all concerns and gave great feedback - highly recommend! Patrick R. took us on our RV tour on the day of pickup and he went above and beyond answering a ton of questions - knowledgeable, great personality, and a real sweet guy (my wife's words). Our parts expert, Maxwell, took great care of us and his deep dive into ensuring we're fully equipped to go off grid was beyond helpful and my wife said you can really tell he cares and goes that extra mile to make people feel welcome! My wife was instantly drawn to Phyllis F. in finance (AKA, the most awesome deal closer ever)! Truly a rare GEM and they need to give her gold stars and whatever she needs to keep her here for life - my wife will probably be talking about how wonderful Phyllis is until we're old and grey. They just hit it off due to similar personalities and the fact Phyllis is a solid, super caring human being that also got us a FANTASTIC out the door price to boot - go Phyllis, you're a super star! On the conclusion of our experience we met with the service tech, Brayden, that was excellent and just a super nice guy! Manager, Michelle A., went over everything in full prior to our departure and her attention to detail with a caring nature stuck out as main reasons why people want to work here and why folks keep coming back - you are not just a number here or a sale, THEY TRULY CARE about the full experience (customer-focused service and satisfaction, but most importantly hiring top-notch team members that embody qualities to work together as a team)! It's so rare in the society we live in today - NEVER lose this, as it's gold! All in all, we truly left here feeling like family and we'll be lifers with General RV Wixom - thanks to everyone we met with that made it a stellar experience that we didn't catch your name to add to this review...you matter too and we thank you for an amazing day!   Mike, Trevor, Phyllis, Kevin, Anita and everyone I interacted with at General RV was wonderful, amazing, kind, compassionate, understanding, patient, and all around great people! I was treated like royalty from beginning to end...and since! AND I got my forever home to see my grandkids who are spread out throughout the U.S.. I highly recommend General RV if you are looking for an RV or need to service the one you have! I am looking forward to my continued relationship with General RV because they are in all the states as my grandkids!
