  The customer service provided was above and beyond. From my first phone call to talk about truck rentals, picking up the truck, and dropping off the truck, Emma answered all questions, helped immensely decide the size of vehicle needed and was very professional and knowledgeable about the process and the vehicles. When picking up the truck both Emma and Braeden were very welcoming, friendly and helpful again. The lobby was very clean, warm, and inviting for customers. I was shown the truck, made sure I knew about the vehicle which was very clean and ready to go. I can’t Thank Emma enough for making this such a seamless and great experience. I will always use Enterprise in the future and refer Enterprise to everyone I talk to that may potentially be needing a rental. Thank you again!

  Emma at the Wixom location is a rock star! She was thorough and patient while explaining how the truck with airbrakes and lift assist worked. I was completely comfortable to drive off.

  Emma helped me navigate the whole process, got me coffee actually hot chocolate and the whole deal. No hassle pickup and drop off. Emma has her stuff together. Have rented from them numerous times. Fantastic young lady.
