  I love the Wixom enterprise car truck rental. Everyone there was so helpful and professional and kind not only that they went over and above what was expected of them thank you so much for all your help. I am 100% satisfied and I will always choose Wixom enterprise for my needs

  Let me start with this - I have not rented a car from this location before. I stopped this morning at 9am (12/12/25) to drop someone off who was picking up a rental. You had a couple of women outside in the parking lot who were also picking up rentals. The one in the rental blue SUV was so clueless to her surroundings, she just started backing the rental up at me and almost hit my car. So, I come around the corner of your very full parking lot, go to park in one of the only cleared out parking spaces, just for another clueless woman to be parked in the road of the lot, blocking that space. Here I am, in my little Altima, parked like a jeep on a 2ft snowbank because you guys can’t even manage to clear out a parking space for your customers. As someone who gets rentals often, after what I experienced in this parking lot, I will never rent cars from here. And, to find out that they’re charging $900 on a deposit for a 3 day rental is insane and they refuse to tell you until you show up. What even, Enterprise?

  The people at this location are great. The problem is with the company. Reserved a vehicle when I got there no vehicle and was told this happens all the time they just take the reservations and hopefully switch you into a different car other from the one that you reserve. Had to wait 3 hours to get a car not what I reserved. Was told regional manager would call me Within 24 hours that never happened
