They overbook and will find a reason not to do it unless you buy 4 tires. This has happened multiple times. Now I've had to rebook an appointment because they ordered the wrong tire size.

- JSJonathan SmootJul 16, 20251.0Horrible location. This Location is always telling me what they cannot do. They can never tell me what they can do. I go there to get my car aligned twice. They come up with an excuse the first time that it needs replacement parts for $800. Then I go back with the replaced parts and then they tell me that they can’t do it then because somethings been damaged under the vehicle. Isn’t the point to bring you the vehicle with problems so that you can fix it? Or do you guys want customers to bring you brand new vehicles. That seems to be what they wanna work on.
