On all 4 tires every single lungut on my car was hand tight. Absolutely do not bring your car here I could have been injured or worse.

I went in for a tire rotation and was told they couldn’t do it because my car was “too low” and they didn’t have the right jack. What made it more frustrating is that Discount Tire right next door rotated my tires in under 10 minutes with no issue and a on the spot appointment. Belle tire made me wait multiple days for an open appointment. On top of that, Belle Tire lost or didn’t put one of my tire caps back on and said they didn’t have it when I called after noticing it. Overall, this felt unprepared and careless, and I expected better. I won’t be coming back because discount tire has taken care of me and offered better service.
