When I caught it, they couldn't find a single usage log or even an account linked to my number, yet they only refunded one month and kept the rest. I’ve tried calling, texting, and emailing, but they’ve completely ghosted me. It feels like they’re just using paying customers to "vacuum out the neighbor’s car" with zero accountability. If there’s no account and no usage, they should return the money. Poorly run and zero integrity—take your business elsewhere.

I'm not a fan of the 2 way in and out with cars backing out of vacuum spots. Too much traffic chaos. Not saying I will never go back but there are so many alternatives why deal with the hassle?
