I signed up for a monthly subscription (first month free, thanks) and thankfully bc I needed to go through more than once; but the bird poop still wasn't washed from my car and they said they didn't/couldn't use a power sprayer for "legal reasons." The guy told me to "keep going through until it came off." 🫤 The poop had been on my car for two days in these cold temps. I went through twice and frankly don't have time for more. Left disappointed with a dirty car. 🤷🏼♀️ Oh and after reading the reviews, y'all STILL haven't fixed these issues... Cars are butted up to each other VERY closely. An accident waiting to happen. And/or probably the reason why the cars aren't getting washed well.

Noticed it was still dirty this morning, so I went back today and asked if this was just an anomaly? They said no, and you can always just go back through again. I told them that’s why I’m here now. Well, my truck is STILL dirty after two washes !!! I’m not sure what the problem is ??? Is it not enough soap, going thru too fast, the rags need to be recalibrated to hit all surfaces on the vehicle ? I just don’t understand. I shouldn’t have to go thru three times to get a clean vehicle. 😣
