  I had the $35/month membership with 2 vehicles, and I canceled my memberships because the last time I brought my just purchased vehicle here, the front end got scratched.

  Watch your statements, Westland. This place charged my card for a full year for a membership I never authorized and didn't even know existed. When I caught it, they couldn't find a single usage log or even an account linked to my number, yet they only refunded one month and kept the rest. I’ve tried calling, texting, and emailing, but they’ve completely ghosted me. It feels like they’re just using paying customers to "vacuum out the neighbor’s car" with zero accountability. If there’s no account and no usage, they should return the money. Poorly run and zero integrity—take your business elsewhere.

  We washed our car and it was good, no complaints. Went there with my truck and since they don't manually spray the running boards they did not get clean. I'm not a fan of the 2 way in and out with cars backing out of vacuum spots. Too much traffic chaos. Not saying I will never go back but there are so many alternatives why deal with the hassle?

  Update: I am really having the worst experience at this car wash. I just left. They had to shut down the conveyor belt and all the machines off for some reason for about 5 minutes. It shut off as I was getting the water rinse. I was the first car in que ready to exit . Once everything started to move, the blowers didn't start blowing on my car In time and I left full of soap and water spots. I just waited forever in that line. I'm not about to turn around and get back in it again. There's nothing "express" about this car wash. Be prepared to wait 30 plus minutes in line. If somebody goes through the app Lane when they weren't supposed to, Be prepared to have 15 other cars go past you in the other lane before somebody comes to help. I regret buying the monthly plan from this place.

  I had the unique experience of having to get three car washes over three days. I needed to go to the dealer to potentially trade my vehicle in. But every day something came up, and I couldn’t make it there, and also the roads were salted. Of the three washes, Tommy’s was the last one, so the car was the cleanest before hand, but still a little dirty from salt. And of the three washes, my car looked the worst after Tommy’s. I used to have a membership there for my other vehicle, but I noticed it wasn’t getting very clean. Also, the place gives me 9/10 anxiety because they pack the cars in uncomfortably close. They’ve had a couple events with cars getting damaged and having to shut down the car wash. I was given a free wash from there via text, and not feeling like paying for a third wash, I decided to take Tommy’s up on their offer. Safe to say nothing changed, but at least my panic inducing car wash was free. Probably won’t be back again. Even if it’s free
