  I don't like the new management. He shouldn't work there if he don't like people. Or if he takes every situation personal. He was rude and his staff that day was rude also. I was confused about my membership expiring on the 3rd im sure I had till midnight. But according to them i didn't. The staff said we don't give out free carwash. I didn't ask for a free car wash. They wasn't the usual friendly staff im used to. I only frequent here because of the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately I renewed my membership. After this im done.

  This is the best car wash I’ve been to and I really appreciate the staff especially Dae he was very kind. Overall I would recommend this place every time!

  Hoping my story will end well from Tommy’s end. I began the $35 package which for me was $20 for the first month. I noticed the first time I Went through the wash that the male attendant put a plastic sleeve on the rear wiper. I just took note of it but didn’t pay it any mind. I later obviously took it off. A couple of days later I went through again and the female blonde attendant did not do this. I don’t know what the protocol is. The guy didn’t tell me why he did it the first time so I didn’t ask her why she didn’t do it this time. I went through twice in one day because it was Dirty. Lol. The second time I noticed that the cleaner rags on the rear sort of lingered a little bit too long. The next day it rained so I needed to use My back wipers and that’s when I heard a screeching sound and realized that the rubber part of the windshield wiper was gone. I deduced it was from the car wash and went in and spoke with a nice lady named Lily Who took my information for a follow up from management. She recommended I go ahead and purchase and keep the receipt for the replacement blade to be able to submit. I have not been contacted yet. She mentioned that they would look through their videos to see if the blade had come off. I asked to see the video as well. Nothing‘s to say that the car wash rags didn’t loosen it and it fell off later. Seems like they would just keep blades in a bucket because I came back the next day. Anyway, I have learned that the reason why the gentleman employee put the plastic sleeve on the back was because FORD vehicles, for some reason, have something that is easy to disconnect on their wipers and car washes sometimes have a problem. Instead of telling all of their employees and making sure that they know or at least ask if it’s a Ford vehicle, the onus is put on the car owner to tell the car wash facility that you want the plastic sleeve on. I will be waiting for management To contact me regarding reimbursement of my blade. The car wash seems to provide undercarriage wash and various plastic coatings waxes that others don’t. It looks nice after it’s cleaned. However, I read a review from someone else that is talking about gouging the tires from their tire wash. I will keep my eyes open on that. UPDATE: I need to revise my previous two star to a five star due to being contacted by Tommy’s management team and being assured that they would offer a replacement of my wiper blade as well as an additional free month of the car wash service. That’s great. Management was very apologetic, and I plan on taking that free month. Totally satisfied customer here. I just now know myself to ask them to put the plastic sleeve over if I have a Ford car which I do.

  Let's face it. The lights, glitz and glamor make people come here. Other then that. It's a car wash. Expensive one at that. Now here's why two stars. Read carefully. My wife and daughter get the $34.95 package. Or should I say used to. BECAUSE - The tire cleaner that comes out at the end and scrubs and cleans the tires near the blowers are gouging the side walls of the rubber tires. Very true ! Both cars. Driver's side tires gave little gouges and flaps where the metal edge of the robotic unit catch your tire rubber. NOT GOOD. We figured it out once my daughter got her membership with the same expensive level and had that same gouging show up on her tires. We Immediately lowered the wash package to stop that tire cleaning feature and low and behold, no issues since ! Who wouldve figured ! SO, watch your side walls. Watch your tires and do NOT get this feature. It's your tires and they won't do a thing about it since they claim " no responsibility " Two stars. Because the place does do a good job cleaning.
