I was visiting this area out of town and had put new wiper blades on from another Auto zone location where I live before traveling but my driver side wiper blade was not touching my windshield. It was extremely rainy today and going to be a long drive and I needed to see. The gentleman there at the Westland autozone, I did not catch his name he helped me we tried a few different wiper blades until we found one that was actually clearing the rain from my windshield on the driver's side. He explained to me about the spring possibly being loose in the wiper blade arm also. I'm a very grateful that he helped me find a wiper blade that worked I was able to make it home safely with the extremely wet and bad weather today as I was driving north and it only got worse the further north I went. I wish I'd have caught his name, I hope he knows how grateful I am!

I visited this location a few weeks ago to purchase a headlight bulb for my 2016 Toyota RAV4. The gentleman working that evening, who I believe was the manager, asked how many light sockets the vehicle had and whether the bulb was for the high beam. I explained that I wasn’t sure and only knew that the headlight was not working.
He repeatedly asked the same questions, and when I suggested he could step outside to take a quick look, he refused. As a result, I left without getting any help.
About a week later, I went to Advance Auto Parts just down the street. The employee there immediately identified that I needed a 9012 bulb. I purchased it and replaced the bulb in the parking lot without any issue.
I don’t plan to return to this AutoZone.

This is the only place I come to for my vehicles, each and every time seems to be a better experience than the last. They are the most professional employees and always willing to go that extra mile to make sure you have whatever it may be.
Big THanks to Tammy who helped me today and both Brian's for helping me the last time.
Auto Zone corporation needs to make sure to recognize their Great Employees for the wonderful way they treat their customers. Keep doing what you're doing.
