This is the only place I come to for my vehicles, each and every time seems to be a better experience than the last. They are the most professional employees and always willing to go that extra mile to make sure you have whatever it may be.
Big THanks to Tammy who helped me today and both Brian's for helping me the last time.
Auto Zone corporation needs to make sure to recognize their Great Employees for the wonderful way they treat their customers. Keep doing what you're doing.
THANKS AGAIN FOR BEING YOU!

I came here to get a new brake light and was sold the wrong one. Once I called the store, Jim answered the phone and was very rude. I told him that the light they sold me wasn’t the correct one and he says he can’t tell me anything over the phone. I only asked for him to look it up and see if I was sold the correct one. My friend was trying to help me explain and he cut us off and said in a rude tone, “how many people am i talking to??” My friend gave him the reference number and asked him to look. We explained that the one he sold us has an extra piece on it that mine doesn’t have. I asked if this is the correct bulb, can you just look at it and see if the piece Im referring to comes off or something. He said he needs to see it in person, I advised him the car is clearly already taken apart and I can’t drive it that way. He says well that’s the right bulb for your car. I said I’ll figure it out and just hung up. We go back to the store and he walked up to the counter while we were there still saying that it was the right bulb, but once he seen the one i brought from my car and the one that his employee gave me, he says, “oh i guess it’s that one”. Customer service skills on ZERO. I’m only giving three stars because the young man that found the correct bulb and processed the exchange was great.

they are getting 3 because the gentleman that fixed the problem was great but JIM.. he was rude. we tried explaining the light we were given was incorrect (we took everything apart and found out the bulbs weren't the same) he said he couldn't find the right part without seeing the car. you just need make, model and year so I know that was incorrect. we drove another car up to fix the issue and while there Jim stepped by and even said, "yeah thats the right bulb" while he saw the bulb we took out and the replacement didnt match. Very frustrated and not good customer service.

Went in for a few items, asked 3 employees for help. All of them brushed me off. Multiple employees standing around doing nothing. All of them seemed to be in a bad mood and unwilling to answer questions, provide help. This is really unusual for Autozone.
