And was told I do not have a solution on giving you back your money. Was told I was to speak with a manager but the manager was too busy sitting in the back unable to help a customer. Meanwhile the prior night they were too busy getting high smoking weed outside to help me in the first place to get a refund. Absolutely no urgency for a solution simply dismissed it as not their problem. Thank you for the one in Livonia who could fix it less than 2 minutes. This place seriously needs to let go of the whole team fired.

I went to Autozone and a WOMAN lift a little cap and checked the battery. Do not advertise a service if you don't want to do it pure laziness.
