  After an accident on the 19th September, I needed a collision shop to assess my damage and repair. The insurance company gave me 3 choice companies they use, but I could have taken the vehicle to any shop of my own choosing. I chose West Branch Collision Inc from the 3 that my adjuster mentioned. The owner, Gary was kind and went immediately to look at the vehicle. He then had me driven to Gaylord to collect my rental vehicle, which I had arranged ahead of time. Within 2 days I had an answer from Gary, and a call from my adjuster, the vehicle was totalled. We followed up over the next two days, and because it was a coordinated effort on the part of West Branch Collision, my insurance company and me, I am waiting for my check from the insurance company as we speak and will purchase a new vehicle as soon as I can. Thank you very much Gary.
