I normally don’t make a big deal about customer service, but his attitude was so unnecessarily rude that I felt I had to speak up. When I walked in, Kurt didn’t greet me or even look up from his screen. I tried to explain the issue with my tires, and instead of listening, he cut me off mid-sentence and talked over me like I was wasting his time. Every question I asked, he answered with this irritated tone — short, sharp, and honestly disrespectful. It felt like he was annoyed that I even showed up. At one point, I asked for clarification on pricing, and he rolled his eyes like I was bothering him. I’ve never had someone at a customer-facing desk act that dismissive. The whole interaction came off as hostile and unprofessional, and it definitely made me reconsider bringing my business back. I’m hoping this can be addressed, because I’ve always had good experiences at Belle Tire before this. No customer should feel talked down to or brushed off like that. On the day of the appointment I was greeted by the manager who confirmed it would be all handled that day. Car sat there all day "we dont get parts delivered on Saturday" the manager replied, at the end of the day! . He shooed me out of the store and did nothing to remedy the situation! How about "Come in Monday and we will handle this!"

My vehicle was returned with the new tires covered in a greasy substance and they were not able to perform the alignment check because they said they were short staffed. Overall I was very dissatisfied with this location.

Made an appointment a few days in advance and was told to drop off the vehicle the morning of the appointment and due to the appointment time they can have the vehicle done by 12 pm. I dropped off the vehicle in the morning before open hours and placed the keys in the drop box. Called them at 11:50 to find out they never checked the drop box and only grabbed the keys when I called. Do to a phone issue on there end I was unable to contact them and ended up going to the location for an update and arrived at 12:30 to wich I discovered they still didn't pull the vehicle in to start repairs or diagnosis. Based of this experience I would not recommend this location as there is other locations that are run very well.
