  This location is so unprofessional. Paul who is supposedly the Store Manager refused to service me and repair my tire. Paul stated to me when he was in training and for his better judgement he did not feel comfortable replacing the tire when there were others tires not in alignment. When agreeing to replace all 3 tires, he stated it could take days for the tires to arrive at his store. I responded and stated thank you for your suggestion, however due to the severity, I'm requesting the one tire replaced. Paul still refused to assist, we did not argue, I was polite and respectful. I'm not sure if I was denied service and disrespected due to being a black woman. I reached out to Corporate and finally after 2 days received a callback stating the operations manager will be made aware of the incident. No one has called me and apologized how I was treated. Terrible service!!

  I took my vehicle in for a simple Oil change on 11-25-2025. When the car was returned to me, I made it about 2 miles before several lights on my instrument cluster turned on. I returned the vehicle to the West Bloomfield location and was told that this had nothing to do with the oil change, and the specialist who was supposed to look at the car was not available today. I then took the vehicle to a different Belle Tire location on Haggerty, Order #47062920, and was told that the issues my car was having were, in fact, due to the oil change, as the mechanic had made some mistakes while performing the task. A few weeks later, I began to notice a burning smell in my vehicle. I took my car back to Belle Tire on Haggerty, Order #47208798, and was informed that there were other issues with changing my oil, as the mechanic didn't add an O-ring (I believe that's what the technician said) to the filter. This caused my car to leak oil, making a mess under my vehicle, which in turn led to the smell in my interior. The smell is horrendous, and it took you three visits to do a 30-minute job competently.

  The most unprofessional and careless Belle Tire Dealership ever. They have no regard for your time, They dnt provide you with correct information and will coast you multiple trips for a simple tire swap. They just want your money with zero commitment. Stay far away from this place. I ordered winter tires for my G wagon,. I was told by the sales representative “ the tires will be here in a day or two, you can bring in your vehicle on Wednesday anytime and it will take 2 hours” Come Wednesday we took the vehicle around 3 pm to Belle tire , the representative told us “ oh sorry we couldn’t do it today, please bring it any day a bit early and we will get it done in a couple of hours” Now third time to the dealership we went in early, “ oh , you should have made an appointment in advance” I mean really all your sales reps and staff were sleeping when we ordered the tires and made 2 trips already for the same purpose, they could have mentioned this at the time of booking, This clearly shows that how lazy and unprofessional the staff is and that they do not value customers time.

  waited 2 hours with an appointment... paid online for 2 tires to be changed. car sat outside for an hour before they brought it in the bay but that was after the fact I asked why my car was still out there. not only my longest tire change ive ever had, but also the sloppiest tire change I've ever had. tire prices were great though.

  I’m writing to document an issue I had today with one of your front-desk employees, a man named Kurt. I normally don’t make a big deal about customer service, but his attitude was so unnecessarily rude that I felt I had to speak up. When I walked in, Kurt didn’t greet me or even look up from his screen. I tried to explain the issue with my tires, and instead of listening, he cut me off mid-sentence and talked over me like I was wasting his time. Every question I asked, he answered with this irritated tone — short, sharp, and honestly disrespectful. It felt like he was annoyed that I even showed up. At one point, I asked for clarification on pricing, and he rolled his eyes like I was bothering him. I’ve never had someone at a customer-facing desk act that dismissive. The whole interaction came off as hostile and unprofessional, and it definitely made me reconsider bringing my business back. I’m hoping this can be addressed, because I’ve always had good experiences at Belle Tire before this. No customer should feel talked down to or brushed off like that.
