March 2, 2026 went in for a tire repair. Bought 3 tires, as 4th tire that needed a repair was replaced due to a flat tire. for a slow leak. I was told it was repaired. Slow leak persisted. I went back April 2nd, 2026, I was told could not be repaired due to a nail in my tire. When I asked why it was discovered on March 2nd, I was told that happens? Took my car to another tire store. Leak repaired . I was informed only 2 lug nuts where put on my tires. THEY PUT MY LIFE AT RISK!!, had to purchase 3 lug nuts per 3 tires. I have completely lost my trust in Bell Tire, I now question if I needed 3 tires with 30,000. miles on my tires.

Has a flat, needed a tow and ended up at Belle Tire. They were fast, efficient, and had me on my way in no time!

Disrespected & Disenchanted

On December 18, 2025, I visited this location, as I have for the past 15+ years. I was loyal because of the service and honesty. However, on the above-mentioned date, I picked up my vehicle only to discover that someone working at the Maple Road location had damaged it. Now, allow me to give this story more context: I drive an older Lexus ES350 with a few dings. I find that when this location serviced my other vehicle, it was treated with respect because it was newer. However, not with this vehicle, because another time when it was serviced, it was left with a lot of black fingerprints and dirt when I picked it up. When I picked up my car on the 19th, something urged me to check my car out before going in to pay the $1,122.13 bill. Upon doing so, I discovered that above the rear right tire, the back panel was pulled away from the car. This was very noticeable; moreover, I know indisputably the car was damaged in Belle Tire's care. Being that my car is older is does have a few dings, so for this reason I am highly aware of any additional damages. When I spoke to "Management" I was told that video would have to downloaded sent over, reviewed, and I would be contacted. No one contacted me, so I reached out on several occasions. I was told due to the holidays and the store being very busy delayed this issue being resolved. I remained patient followed up by calling and having couple of "brush-off" conversations (with Mark? Johnathan?) waiting on a resolve and to date no one has given a damn with any care or concern to this issue being resolved. Except for $100.00 in Belle Bucks! This is wrong and unacceptable.

The store consistently takes care of me. Most recently saved me hundreds on an auto repair. Belle Tire for the win.

I went in AM for a flat repair, first they told me an hour to an hour and a half. After an hour, when they still didn’t take tire back and I approached them, they said that they are still in an hour and a half to 2 hour window. I waited almost 2 and a half hours.
Later that same day, my wife went to fill up her tires with air. When the air compressor was broken , she went inside for help and they refused to help. Luckily, Midas next door quick to offer a helping hand. Will not go back to a belle tire.
Update: they did not fix the tire completely and has had a slow leak. Needed to go to discount tire to find out
