  Lifetime warranty is a lie! They repaired my mustang in 2017 at the Wayne Michigan location, painted started to crack on the repaired location. Took the car for inspection at my local shop in Illinois and sent pictures to the Wayne location. They said the picture sent by the Illinois shop wasn’t enough to tell what was wrong with the car even thought the local shop was able to confirm the cracked paint. I sent mored pictures and videos and the report of the repair where it clearly showed the cracked paint was ONLY in the repaired location of the car and no where else in the car. I was told they wouldn’t cover because they can’t tell if another damage happened to the car even though it’s clearly that there is no damage on the car besides the cracked paint.

  From start to finish the staff was great. Kristen up front was courteous and helpful. Jessica explained the process for our insurance claim to the nuts and bolts of the repair. Great professional service. I would definitely recommend them for your services.
