  Everyone was very friendly and knowledge. The service rep did an excellent job of communicating and getting the work done on my motorhome. They were very fair with all work performed, would highly recommend this facility to others!

  This was my first visit to a General RV Center. We were heading there to look at different types of motorhomes, to narrow down which brands and types to purchase. To be honest, I was expecting high pressure sales people that wouldn’t leave us alone and certainly weren’t letting you leave without trying very hard to close a deal. I couldn’t have been more wrong, sorry. We met Anthony Aguilar and were pleasantly surprised that there was zero high pressure. Anthony wanted to first understand what type of motorhomes would meet our needs. He then took us on a trip in a golf cart and we looked at about 8 or so motorhomes. No high pressure, Anthony was a professional and simply educated us on each brand we looked at, it was a fun outing. After we seen everything, we stopped by Anthony’s desk where he educated us on the history of the company, and how the service department worked. Anthony gave us another contact just in case we called in the future and he wasn’t available. We talked about what next steps we wanted, shook hands and left. Anthony followed up with an email and again was not high pressure. He wrote, “my job is to help you find the right unit, at the right time, and at the right price”. Very refreshing. We are looking forward to doing business with Anthony and General RV. Thanks Anthony, very much appreciated.

  New salesman,but was very knowledgeable about the RV we wanted. We reached a very agreeable price regarding our trade in and new purchase. Rebecca was the best tour guide we've ever had. Overall, the experience was organized and efficient.

  I’ve had just over a year of experience with General RV Center. We purchased a travel trailer from them in early summer 2025, and the sales experience was excellent. Even though we initially made it clear we weren’t planning to buy that day, the team was helpful, patient, and willing to show us multiple options within our budget. After negotiating, they offered a great deal—and we ultimately left with a camper. From a sales standpoint, they’re doing things right. Unfortunately, my experience with their service department has been consistently disappointing. During winterization in fall 2025, I picked up my trailer to find the interior left dirty, despite having thoroughly cleaned it before drop-off. While they later offered a complimentary spring summerization and cleaning—which I do appreciate—I would have preferred to avoid the issue altogether and receive my camper back in the condition I left it. In the spring, I had another issue. I specifically requested that an anti-sway hitch mount be tightened. When I arrived for pickup, it had not been done. I brought it up twice—once to a staff member and again to my service advisor—and was assured it would be handled. Even after that, the mount was still not tightened. A technician eventually came out, but rather than addressing the issue professionally, he made a dismissive comment about how often the mount would need tightening. That wasn’t the point—I simply needed the requested service completed while the unit was already there. It ultimately took three separate requests to get it done. In summary, the sales team delivers a strong experience, but the service department has fallen short both times I’ve used them.
