At no time was the buying experience as good as it was with General RV in Wayland, MI. Every person we worked with was responsive and a pleasure to do business with, starting with Gabby and Riley in sales, John in finance, Bill in service and Deb in reception. Each one of them made the purchasing experience as fun as it should be. Thank you to everyone that helped us throughout the process.

Jeff and his servicing team, our "go to" RV people we like to say, at General RV Center Wayland, MI also found another small area on the roof that needed caulking. Good eyes for sure! Could have been a problem for us down the road. Jeff and his servicing team are always friendly! They get the job done in a satisfactory manner no matter if it's for a small or large repair or just an installation of a product purchased.
