  We purchased a used camper, so we were expecting the used purchase experience that you would get at a car dealership. It was also our first time buying a camper from a dealer. We've owned a few campers and usually purchase them from a private seller. We didn't know what to expect. What I loved about General RV, was the fact that items with the used camper were addressed without having to push for them. You just did it. New tires, slide out motor, flooring, slide out seal, LED light. We didn't have to argue to get these addressed, they were just done with no questions asked. The slide out motor and floor were done before we even picked the camper up, which was very impressive. I loved the orientation and walk through. You go through the entire camper to ensure everything is working as expected. They even hooked up my weight distribution hitch and walked through how they set it up to my truck. I honestly thought I was going to have to do that myself after we paid for it. Incredible professionalism by everyone we encountered. Also the people. Such great people working there. Everyone was so welcoming and helpful. Truly a great experience and we'll be coming back for our next purchase.

  General RV was a great place to work with today. From first talking to Brian and he referring me to Tristan, Because he was out of town. I can’t say anything good enough, except everyone there that I worked with was amazing. From Brian to Tristan to the sales manager and the financial person, they made it extremely easy for me to purchase a trailer. Tristan showed me a few trailers and gave me a great deal on the one I wanted.I would give General RV and their employees all five stars. Thanks again Tristan for making it easy for me to purchase a travel trailer without my husband. He’s a little mad but he’ll get over it. See you next week to finalize everything. General RV will be highly recommended from me to anyone I know, looking for a camper.

  General RV of Wyoming, MI had one job: fill out the RD-108 form which the Secretary of State uses to create the title. Whomever completed this form did not check their work and, consequently, transposed two letters. Now I cannot sell my trailer. GENERAL RV of Wyoming, Michigan officially cost me thousands of dollars due to negligence and sloppy bookkeeping. I am currently in Arizona and was about to sell my trailer when I noticed this egregious mistake. Now I must pay the gas to bring the rv back 3000 miles, wear of the vehicle, 6 months further depreciation, untold rv park overnight fees for the 32 hours drive back to Michigan, continued insurance coverage, rv storage fee for months while I wait for the State to finally agree to issue me a new title (along with the fees involved), months of increased cortisol levels because I am suffering the consequences of this excrement of a situation. This is ENTIRELY your fault!!!!’ Most sincerely, Mikelyn
