  This place is just awesome! Everyone was super helpful, they didn't take advantage of me, I know nothing about cars. They did a great job being honest and educating me on what the issue was with the engine light. These are great honest people and you don't find too many of those in these days!

  Lance and Company were extremely quick and knowledgeable. I was in and out of the shop in under 1.5 hrs for tire replacements. I appreciate the experience that I had.

  I had a really good experience here. My engine light was on and my was making a lot of weird noises, I took it here and they got me all fixed up quickly! I’m very happy with the experience. I highly recommend this place A+++

  I recently took my car to The Tire Shoppe auto mechanic repair in Waterford, Michigan, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I received. I went in needing an alternator repair, and from start to finish the experience was great. The staff at The Tire Shop were really nice, professional, and easy to talk to. They explained exactly what was wrong with my alternator, how long the repair would take, and what the cost would be. There were no surprises and no pressure, which I really appreciated. It’s hard to find an honest auto mechanic in Waterford, but this place definitely earned my trust. The alternator repair was done quickly and correctly, and my car has been running perfectly since. You can tell they know what they’re doing and take pride in their work. If you’re looking for reliable auto repair, alternator replacement, or general car maintenance in Waterford, MI, this is a great place to go. Another thing that stood out was how clean the facility is. The waiting area was spotless, organized, and comfortable. Even the bathrooms were very clean, usually the bathrooms are always a mess so I was very surprised. which says a lot about how they run their shop. It made waiting there much more pleasant compared to other mechanic shops I’ve been to. I had such a great experience between the friendly staff, clean shop, fair pricing, and quality alternator repair, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing auto mechanic repair, tire service, or car repairs in Waterford. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.
