- DPDavid PooreJan 4, 20265.0First time taking my vehicle to the dealership, I called one day was able to get my appointment for the very next day, they were even able to fix a tire issue I was having along with my oil change and pointed out a couple other things that needed to be done as well. Very professional, they weren't trying to upsell me on a bunch of stuff or they weren't saying that I needed a bunch of work or anything like that they did what needed to be done made sure everything was safe and my vehicle was good. I definitely will use these guys again and again. My service advisor also kept me updated all through the time I was there as I was waiting for my vehicle he would let me know where they were in the process and it was going to be a little bit longer but he definitely made sure to keep me updated.

You will not find more honest, straight shooting salesman than the guys here, I promise you that!! Johnny Flores was who we had the pleasure of working with today and from the moment we shook his hand we knew he was just a guy trying to make an honest living, not a snake looking for someone to rake over the coals so they can make the most amount of money. Mike, the manager was extremely helpful with all of the questions we had and helped make this process simple as possible. Brennin in financing was extraordinary!!! Saved us so much money, got us insanely low/great rates and an awesome warranty ensuring that we can more than afford the vehicle we absolutely love. This is exactly what the car buying experience should be especially when you're in a pinch like we were. We couldn't be more thankful for these guys!!!

Vehicle is certified pre owned and they didn’t even call gm to see if it was covered, just ask me to pay it. They also got frustrated with my line of questioning and I was asked by the underwriter if I have ever been punched in the face…. Very unprofessional and I will be contacting a lawyer! Don’t buy from here they are bullies and will not honor warranty.
- MWMichael WebbDec 23, 20255.0I took delivery of a used 2021 GMC Sierra on 12/16/25. When I got home from the dealership, I noticed 2 dents that I had not noticed when looking at the vehicle. I contacted the salesperson (Jessica) that evening and she returned my messages on her day off the following day which was very much appreciated. She worked with her manager Mike to set up a plan to get the damaged areas fixed. I took the vehicle back to the dealership the morning of 12/18/25 and they were able to get one of the issues resolved that day. Mike set an appointment with me for 1/2/26 to get the other issue fixed. He stated that the truck would need to be in the shop for a few days so he offered a loaner vehicle. Thank you Jessica and Mike for "making it right"! Looking forward to getting the second issue fully resolved.
