- IDInci DiousOct 23, 20251.0I purchased a 2011 bmw from here and wasn’t aware of the condition it was in before purchasing I did buy the car as is so there is nothing I can do about it but I had the car for a day and there was smoke coming from the exhaust so I took it back to them and they told me that there guys knew nothing about European cars so that just told me right there that they did nothing to the car to make sure it was safe to drive before selling it to me so they told me that I could take it to a shop that they recommended and they would pay for it to be diagnosed I had to wait 2 weeks to get it into this shop in the time I was waiting I found out the car also had an exhaust leak and was leaking toxic fumes into my cabin that was making me sick I ended up fixing that myself then when I finally was able to get into this shop they told me it could be up to ten thousand dollars in repairs so I went back to them to tell them this and they constantly tried to make it seem like it wasn’t as bad as it is by saying oh the smoke is probrably just 02 sensors and they couldn’t take it back unless it was at a lower rate pretty much meaning I’ll be getting screwed out of money fast forward I only put 1000 miles on the car now the car doesn’t run and I’m currently dealing with the headache of trying to fix it so be careful buying from them make sure that you have everything checked out before purchasing the car because they will not help you once that sale is final very bad experience and they should be ashamed honestly
