    Always a wonderful experience at Lunghammer and working with Colin. We went out of our way and passed 3 other Chevy dealerships because of our previous experiences with Colin.     I just left this location today (2/27/26) my engine light came on 2022 trail blazer ACTIV; I had the engine light examined at Firestone; their summation from the readout in short was that the malfunction deals with a 2021 recall and I had to take my vehicle to a Chev dealership. They printed the diagnostic out for me. So I go here to the service department they do a scan now I show the worker the document which indicates it's under recall; service worker said I can't believe Firestone because it may not be connected, wait huh, what you read the document I said. The worker then said I would have to put a $200 payment down I immediately interrupted and said I'm not paying for anything as clearly it's under recall. Then the worker said I would have to leave mu vehicle for a couple of days. What the "hell". I told him I was going to another dealership. I will never return. What is the irony here? Why was he disputing the readout. He did not tell me what their scanner showed?? Consumers please be careful everyone is trying to make a buck now under Bad Faith.

    As always, superb service from Joe Lunghamer! I’ve always trusted the team at Lunghamer for my vehicle needs. They had my vehicle for a week and figured out the issue. I was expecting a huge bill, only to be told it was $180!! I will not go anywhere else! A big thank you to the parts manager Steve and my service representative Ralph.

    I will start by saying Andrew M. Is terrific! My parents recently had a not so great experience here but I decided to give them a try due to proximity, I'm glad we did. Andrew was in constant contact prior to arriving to see the vehicle and once we got there he was nothing but terrific. He answered all our questions and if he didn't have the answer, he went and found it. He didn't try to pressure us into anything we didn't need and made you feel like family. If anyone needs a vehicle in my realm I will be sending them his way. Thanks again Andrew for treating us like people and not just a sale.
