She was told not to worry and IT WAS HERS. It was sold out from under her with a call AFTER it was sold, instead of calling her first to see if other arrangements could be made. She should have had first rite of refusal since money down indicates significant interest. This is such poor business, and nothing can be done now to make it better. Change your practices, your policies. I'm also not interested in hearing how sorry you are that this happened. It just simply shouldn't have.

Although we did not need financing we were informed of all our options in a friendly and helpful manner. All employees were pleasant and always asked if they could help or bring coffee or water during wait times. Very nice dealership who treat their customers well.

- BNBlu NumenJan 2, 20261.0Getting back into my vehicle I noticed that my tire pressure wasn’t right 2 tires were at 35, 1 tire were at 40 and the other tire 33 the technician told me that was normal. Then 2 days after my oil change my truck notified me and my windshield washer fluid was low. I also called up to the dealership to confirm that they filled up the windshield washer fluid with oil change. So I will no longer go to this dealership for anymore services.
