  Took my car here after an accident. They had the car for a month. Gave me 5 different days the car would be done and it never would be. When I finally get the car back they just didn't even bother clipping my bumper back on. The panel looks like they didn't even do any repair work on it. These people are absolutely incompetent, avoid this place like the plague.

  Extremely angry that they didn’t put my car back together correctly and almost cause me to get in an accident. Your team was negligent and did not test components before giving my car back. You pinched the hose for my wiper fluid when you put the fender back on, and then as I was driving down the HIGHWAY where I couldn’t stop I couldn’t clean my windshield or see out of it whatsoever. I had to stop on the highway and use show to clean my windshield and then attempt to merge back on the highway from the shoulder during rush hour traffic. Your company put my life at risk because of lack of attention to detail over something simple. It was stated I have to bring my car back 90 days later to let the paint cure, this was confirmed by MULTIPLE shops that this is not true. The lack of knowledge is extremely concerning when it comes to working on vehicles, and they proved to me by they do not have any attention to detail when putting cars back together as it almost cost me my life.

  I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at Garber Collision. I brought my 2024 black Grand Highlander in twice for the same issue, and even after multiple status calls and delays, the problem still isn’t fully resolved. When I finally received my car, it was extremely frustrating to see it returned full of dust inside — on the seats, dashboard, and interior panels. It honestly looked like the vehicle had been left open outside without proper care. I had to spend almost two hours cleaning the interior myself, which should never happen after a service visit. On top of that, the workmanship is still not up to the mark, and the original issue I reported continues to exist. After two visits, this is unacceptable. I really expect someone from Garber Collision to take responsibility, address the quality of work, and ensure this issue is finally corrected.
