  I had an EXCELLENT experience with the Waterford, MI Enterprise location! Incredibly helpful, answered all my questions and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into! Danny was an awesome and friendly guy to work with! Julia from their Customer Service Department called to let me know once the car had been checked in and my deposit was being returned. Even SHE was so super kind on the phone! All in all, will definitely use them again! Highly recommend!!

  Fantastic experience. This friendly welcoming staff made it so easy to book a car and return it. The car was clean, and price was more than reasonable! They have no smoking 🚭 signs in the car which is exactly why I rented from these folks. Can't handle the smell w/ asthma! The people to look for are Danny, Kat, Morgan, and Allie. (Yes, I asked them for their names)

  Have rented from here in the past without incident, neither remarkable or unsatisfactory. I wish could say the same after my recent reservation. I had a reservation for 10:30am for a 7 passenger SUV. I was called at 8:30am the morning of to inform me due to a recall they had no vehicles available but it should be completed quick if I was willing to wait. I called back at noon and was told they would update me at 1pm. At 1:15pm they called to let me know they still didn’t have a vehicle for me unless I was willing to take a 12 or 15 passenger van. I inquired on the price of the 12 passenger van as I had already wasted 2 1/2 hours waiting. After a brief hold so he could check with a manager to see how they could help with the rental price of the van. They (sarcasm) graciously offered to charge me the same price for the passenger van as my booked 7 passenger SUV reservation and a complimentary 1/2 (?!?!) tank of gas. While the recall was outside of their control , the choices in customer service and lack of empathy for the situation felt sub par and greatly lacking. In no way is the comfort, ride, technology and the experience of a Jeep Wagoneer “equal” to a substituted van. Due to the delayed communication, lost time, lower mpg, and inconvenience - I would’ve settled for the passenger van at a discounted price on my original reservation agreement but was not offered the sensible and reasonable solution. I will no longer consider this location for future reservations if this is the limit of their problem solving skills and ideas of exceptional customer and high standards that I repeatedly heard about on recording during my 9 minute hold time.

  I rented from Enterprise they told me to park my vehicle in the lot across the street. When I returned my car was missing it was towed. Cost me $380 for tow and storage charges. Plus my AMEX card I used repeatedly charged for tolls up until I noticed 2 months later. Enterprise did nothing to help me in either situation. Luckily ANEX has better customer service than enterprise
