    After an automobile accident, our insurance company directed us to use enterprise rent a car. Our allotted number of days was exceeded as far as paid rental...but we chose to continuing renting the vehicle for the additional time needed. The facility is easy to get into, the staff was super friendly, helpful & knowledgeable. A Large selection of vehicles were available for us to choose from. And pricing was good. I would use them again if needed. We used the one on m59 in waterford michigan.

    I made a reservation and when I get there the manager says they have no cars available while they made no attempts to contact me. Then proceeded to tell me to drive 30 minutes to another location for a vehicle after I MADE A RESERVATION AT THIS LOCATION. Then he tells me to never come to this location again. This guy should not be working here.
