  After getting over charged and lied to by a place I trusted. I took my chances with Complete Auto Center Pro and I'm very pleased with my decision. I needed a water pump and timing chain which was a huge job but Louie and his crew had it done in a few days. I really appreciated how He kept me posted each day sending me photos/videos explaining the process. I've never had a mechanic treat me like a friend instead of a checkbook. TBH I don't trust car Mechanic especially dealerships. Until I met Louie and that's the honest truth. I recommend this place to anyone in the area that has vehicle issues or even need a simple oil change. Louie and Larry are your guys. 5 STARS!

  I was a long time customer.... Spent thousands upon thousands in his shop with multiple vehicles.l for repairs... I bought a used vehicle from him that turned out to be a complete overpriced lemon. Like every time he may had something done it was between 1500 and 1600 always. He did give me some discounts but it was weird that that anytime I took it in for something major it was always between 15 to 1,600 The other one time I went to another shop and they charged me the real price which was much cheaper he wanted to do the job for $1,600 and I got it done for 1100. I've seen him mistreat his employees and one of his top mechanics couldn't even get my car out of limp mode that shows that the mechanics are not trained right The mechanic was a senior citizen who was very grumpy it had 25 years or 30 years of experience. I called for service recently because I was in a pinch and he hung up on me and said he can't help me because I am friends with a former employee who was a really good employee for him. The employees are always changing and always quitting it seems like there's a high turnover rate very disappointed that things went this way I wouldn't have posted this review if he wouldn't have hung up on me and treated me the way that he had. I hesitate having any work done because it's overpriced and some of the mechanics are not trained to do the job I would definitely never buy a used vehicle from this man ever. I thought we had a good relationship but I guess not. Stay far away

  I had such a great experience here! From start to finish, everything was handled professionally and efficiently. Jordan was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to explain everything in a way that made sense. You can tell he truly cares about the quality of his work and about his customers. Louie runs an amazing operation. It’s not easy to find a shop that’s this trustworthy and organized. The whole team had made me feel comfortable and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. If you’re looking for reliable, hardworking people who stand behind what they do, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

  I stopped by earlier this afternoon to check if I had an exhaust leak on my 2008 Scion xB. They were able to place it on a hoist right way and inspected the exhaust system, determining that there were no leaks. I'd like to thank Louie, the Owner, and Jordan, the Technician, for their prompt service and attention to my concern. They treated me professionally and were very friendly. Thanks, guys for your very prmpt and professional treatment! I recommend you to anyone who wants personalized service, which isn't easy to find nowadays. Gary Schlachter

  Very professional business. I got my oil change at Valvoline and they told me I had a transmission leak and front differential leak. I took my truck to compete auto center and they were able to look at it immediately!! Come to find out valvoline was incorrect on there diagnoses. Safe to say Complete auto center saved me a lot of money! I also came here last year to replace my battery and they got it done super fast. Highly recommend this place.
