Said my tire is so low of tread, but they are new still have little spokes on them. And said he couldnt get lugs off but didnt try so i could atleast not be stranded. I got no help. Aired it up, went to warehouse tire, they had me fixed up in 5 mins and back on the road. Got lugs off and on no problem and tire plugged. Couldnt believe what i was told by belle tire.

I took my car to the location on Telegraph in Waterford and dealt with Romelle, who was excellent! He assigned his best guy and found out that all four tires were off with the fronts being worse!! Nice and smooth now and it was great dealing with Romelle at this location! I rate the quality of service I received a big A+!

My rear brakes were shot. Justin and his team explained in detail what was going on with my vehicle and even showed me the issue. Justin and his team completed the repair and had me back on the road within 90 min. He even reduced the total bill for me as it was an expensive repair. Kudos to the entire team!!
