And 20 mins just for them to say they didnt have my reservation an/or the part for the price posted. They said this one wouldn't fit my car. To add insult to injury I asked for the part number after all that an he says you could've gone there an gave them the info, (you mean the same info i gave Y'all?), but I'll give you a print out. I swear most of the time if I ever have to come to a auto zone, I leave with the impression they didnt come here to work.

They had to work it really hard due to a lot of corrosion from the old battery leaking and they were friendly and informative the whole way through and didn’t charge me any extra for replacing the broken terminal bolts.

Spoke to David who not only was very courteous on the phone but brave enough to come out in the cold and help me locate the actual leak as well as providing the information needed to purchase the correct hose. Thank you for going the extra mile it was very much appreciated!!

I try to warranty my spark plugs but apparently 1) they don’t warranty spark plugs & 2) to their minds since “Bosch and ngk have the same part number, it’s the same spark plugs” apparently they hire anyone who breathes. Why do I have to go to a parts store for help and I get spoken to with disrespect and given wrong product ??!
