Docked three stars when Hector told me he could not change my 2006 grand prix battery because of a battery bar across the battery. so, I took it off so he could install my battery. SMH, I am going to the GM dealership from now.

They have a manager(s) who doesn’t know how to use the computer for warranty and duplicate receipts (mainly dealt with Deb the last few visits) she always asks her coworkers for assistance for anything on the computer or warranty. Managers openly cuss at customers I’ve seen this on multiple occasions. I just came in here to get some duplicate receipts for a warranty on an engine. They only did a warranty look up 🤦♂️🤦♂️ not a receipt look up. They tried telling me they can’t print off receipts and can only do warranty looks ups. But the autozone in caro over an hour away was able to print duplicate receipts for me dating back to February all the way to like June yesterday 11/10, including one just for an oil filter which isn’t a warranty item. I’ve been coming to this store for 10 years I will not be coming back to this store. The only person here worth anything is Gerald anyone else stay far far away from. Besides that I’ve had managers try to tell me to keep drums that weren’t for my vehicle and looked visibly different on the inside and outside than what came off my truck and what their computer showed and they went on got on the shelf, it was causing vibrations like hell white lake store exchanged them for me. And some of the people who have been at this store for a while can take a long time to look anything up on the computer like Deb. I would recommend any other autozone besides this one. All the others I’ve been to I’ve been in and out in 10 minutes the last few visits here I was there close to an hour.
