I had my 5 tires rotated and they totally screwed up the placement of my spare in the rotation, I needed 1 TPMS sensor and they tried very hard to sell me all 4, I asked for all 4 tires to be set to a specific psi and they refused. Unknowledgable and Unprofessional

Rotations are easy schedule online (usually next day appointments are available), and they always get you in and out. I made the mistake of buying from Belle Tire last year because they had the tires I wanted in stock. When I went to schedule my first rotation, I learned you can't schedule rotations online. You have to call. When I called, they told me it would be a week out. I finally scheduled an appointment for today. I sat there for 30 minutes and my car didn't move. They had one car in the bay and three techs were sitting around talking. I understand people take breaks and some people are assigned specific duties. That said, when three guys are doing nothing, and you have a customer waiting, just pull the car in and get it done. It's like a 15 minute job if two guys are working on it. Given the inconvenience of not being able to schedule a rotation online and my experience today, I won't be using Belle Tire again for anything.
