After a frustrating experience at the West Bloomfield (Maple Rd) location—where I waited over 2.5 hours only to be told the tire "just needed air," only for it to go flat again the next morning—this team completely turned things around. I called ahead and walked in around 2:30 PM. The staff was incredibly courteous. I was able to work in the lounge, and within 90 minutes, I was out the door. Not only did they actually find and fix the root cause of the flat, but they also proactively rotated the tire to the rear for better performance. Thorough, professional, and efficient. This is the level of service I expect from Belle Tire. I’ll definitely be back to this location!
