  Went in for oil change and tire rotation. Tried to sell me new brakes when I didn’t need them. Told me I had to have new lug nuts, said they had swollen and needed replacement!? My wife informed me a few days later that the car was making some noise in the front, they left the lower engine cover partially attached, not sure how that happened. Had to take the car to an independent repair person to get the cover reattached. I’d give them less than one star if I could, will never go back.

  I have been a customer for a long time. The service has always been good and resonably priced. During my most recent visit though I felt mistreated. I spoke with John about the situation and he turned my experience around and made it right again. Thank you Tuffy for making me feel like a valued customer.
