  I had a very positive experience at this dealership while shopping for a preowned vehicle. My sales person Sebastian Stellino was top shelf. He took the time to make sure that I understood everything and that I was happy with my purchase. He took the time to call me after a couple of days to make sure I was still satisfied with my truck.

  Great experience, no hassle or pressure from start to finish. Tom Graskewicz - Serra Kia salesman was very professional and easy to work with. Negotiated price over email/phone earlier during the week. My wife & I went to the dealer to test drive & finalized the purchase of 2 - Kia Sportage Hybrid SX Prestige. Picked both Sportages that Friday evening. This was by far the best car buying experience that my wife & I ever had. Will recommend to family & friends. Thanks Frank Parise

  I can’t give a bad review on service because I was not even able to get my vehicle in for repair. What I can say is 12 days for an appointment only to have it sit 3-5 days before they even look at it is ridiculous. I was told priority is for customers who purchased their vehicle through them.

  Just picked up my second vehicle from Serra GMC/Buick/Cadillac in Washington Township, and once again, Kirk Shaheen delivered an outstanding experience. I’ll be honest…I’m not an easy person to sell a car to. I spent years in the auto business in both sales and management, so my expectations are high and I pay attention to all the details. Kirk exceeded them across the board. From start to finish, he was knowledgeable, responsive, and completely committed to making sure I got exactly what I wanted. No pressure, no games; just straightforward, professional service and a genuine focus on the customer. This is my second purchase with Kirk, and that alone says a lot. He’s been better than I could have asked for, and I 100% will deal with him when this lease is due back If you’re in the market, do yourself a favor and ask for Kirk—you’ll be glad you did.

  I have had a great experience with Amanda from GMC the dedication to the client and her job was outstanding, I was looking for a car to lease and she helped me out no matter the fact she had a drive to vacation the next day. she specifically said "you are leaving this dealership with the car" and as dedicated she was I left the dealership couple hours later with all my paper work and highly satisfied with everything she showed me how to work the car and she explained everything that signed detail by detail no matter what she had going on I thank her a lot for her time and patience. I highly recommend that if going to GMC having such an amazing person like Amanda.
