    I was happy that I could get next day service for an oil change. What a relief was way over the mileage. I even got an oil conditioner to help me with that. Teresa was very gracious and kind about my forgetfulness, and was willing to negotiate a few items, so it was affordable and a pleasant experience. I always come here for my oil changes.

    Had an appt. Made in advance for days for a right rear tire leak spent 2 hrs to be told a nail was in it, 2 hrs w/ an appt. Is unacceptable. without an appt. I could understand this happening

    I bought a certified pre-owned Kia 6-years ago. The 10 year / 100,000 mile powertrain warranty transfer was included in the purchase. My transmission died with around 75k miles on the vehicle. Kia honored the warranty and the Serra dealership was very helpful and efficient throughout the claims and repair process.
