  Mark was fantastic to work with and made the leasing process incredibly easy and stress-free.   Amanda is by far the best sales person I have worked with. She always makes the process smooth and accommodates my busy schedule. I have purchased 3 escalades from her in the last 2.5 years and all three of the purchases went smooth. She is always able to locate the vehicle I want!

  The car needed 2000$ of work right one week after i purchased the vehicle this people lie about there cars ,even put fake oil changes or services in the carfax history..the car had a severe oil leak from the filter housing wich the told me it’s not a big deal it’s a used car and it has some small leaks here and there.. the Ac compressor needed replacement and they use something on the paint to hide the scratches temporarily they will come back after a few washes..i understand this is a business and they can’t get everything perfect but i don’t expect major repairs when i buy a vehicle from a dealership overall my experience was bad i don’t recommend it

  My Five-Star Experience at Serra Buick GMC Cadillac I recently purchased a vehicle from the pre-owned department at Serra Buick GMC Cadillac, and it was absolutely worth the drive. If you are looking for a transparent and stress-free car buying experience, this is the place to go. The Sales Experience I worked with Ken, and I cannot recommend him enough. He was incredibly friendly, energetic, and—most importantly—honest. He disclosed every detail about the car upfront. Honestly, talking to Ken felt like catching up with a friend I’d known for years rather than dealing with a typical salesman. Honest Pricing Ken provided me with the "out-the-door" pricing immediately. I actually had a close friend who is a former car salesman review the numbers for me. He told me it was the most honest pricing he had ever seen and confirmed there were zero hidden fees. Finance & Closing When it came time for the paperwork, Sean in finance was great to work with. He was very friendly and I never felt pressured into buying anything extra or pushed into a deal I wasn't comfortable with. Final Verdict I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the market for a car. Ask for Ken!

  Keith with Serra GMC/KIA at 30 mile rd/Hwy 53 in Washington, MI was very friendly and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I was there to test drive, and made the whole buying experience very pleasant. Keith went above and beyond for me by sending someone to my home to pick me up, which was a 45 minute drive from the dealership. I bought a 2013 Chevrolet Camaro that was very nice, had low miles, and had been very well maintained. I’m confident this vehicle will last me a very long time, and be a very dependable car. I would definitely recommend this dealership for all your car buying needs, and I definitely recommend you ask for Keith Bailey. You won’t regret it.
