  excellent experience with Service Advisor Andrew Gavorin, he got me in almost immediately and my truck fixed and good to go very quickly. so much so that i didn't even have to worry about being without my truck, definitely put my mind at ease.

  My experience with Joey was the BEST!!! I’ve dealt with many salespeople throughout my life, but I can honestly say, “Joey Mazzola is the best salesman I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with, and buying from.” I am very happy with my NEW 2016 F-150 Lariat pickup. I highly recommend Joey to anyone in the market for a new vehicle!!

  Have bought Kia products since 2012. 3 Sorrento's and 2 Sportage's. Warranties and service are a huge reason we are committed to Kia products. Also, our Sales Representative, Brian, is extremely honest, extremely knowledgeable with all of the latest upgrades, and is also committed to any concerns the customer may have. Brian's personality and professionalism makes the transaction process very simple and smooth. We were very happy to do the Kia survey and rated the process a 10 of which is the highest rating. We highly recommend the Kia product and also this Dealership.

  Serra Buick GMC Cadillac located at Van Dyke and 32 Mile Road. I viewed a GMC vehicle on their dealership website and indicated my interest in the vehicle. One of their salesman by the name of Bernard returned my email inquiry within the hour and we set up an appointment for me to take a look at the vehicle that same evening after work. I agreed to purchase the vehicle after taking a look at it and completed the credit application prior to leaving the dealership. The next morning Bernard called me and set up an appointment to pick up the vehicle the same day. All of the paperwork was prepared prior to my arrival and after signing all required documents and receiving a quick tutorial I was on may way home with my new car within about an hour and half. The purchase process was straight forward and my salesman was very knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I very much would consider making future purchases from my salesman and the dealership.
