- TTTravis Todd2 days ago1.0Worst customer service. Took them almost 4 months for a job that was "done" in 2 weeks. They could not get the paint correct without flaws. Was told it was done 4 different times, and it was still messed up. They even sent it to another location with the same results. I would recommend a can of spray paint over this entire franchise. Customer service was a joke. Management was never available and would regularly not return phone calls.

Antonio who estimated the work was awesome. He kept us informed at every step of repairs. Antonio was very professional and excellent with customer relations. Gerber completed the work days sooner than expected and it looked great. We highly recommend Gerber in Washington. We give them a 10 star rating. Thanks to all the hard workers.
