  We needed to rent a van to pick up a shipment in Canada and we did not know the exact day it would come in. I had a booking for Monday, but the shipment came in early and the Enterprise team was able to change my booking and made everything easy during a stressful time. Additionally, the team member who assisted us, explained the pricing comprehensively and clearly. She let us know that there was a less expensive mileage option available without our asking. I felt very confident that I was getting an accurate picture of all the costs and that I could trust that I was getting the best available pricing. She and everyone else in the office were professional and very personable. It was a good experience from start to finish.
