  Don’t go to them this misclick the drop off location I had to pay ten extra while in another state don’t go here. No I’m not callin anyone I won’t use you guys again. Sad they sent me two hours wrong way the. Charge me 10 dollar ha !

  Erin is RUDE, unprofessional and a liar. She allows rentals to be booked knowing she has no vehicles. She makes people feel like criminals and uses the DNR as a threat.. I have voicemails to prove it. She harasses people beyond what is considered logical. You can never get ahold of this location, and when you do-- she makes you feel like it's your fault. When I returned my vehicle, she told me I couldn't rent for 1/2 weeks, because I was placed on slow pay which was their fault!! Not one employee there knows what they are doing, expect for Peter and Matt. Erin told me there was no location in the area with vehicles, and they wouldn't rent to me anyways. LIES. I went straight to another location and got a vehicle!! Guess what too?? They used my deposit for extra days, they didn't make me a criminal and most importantly they didn't make what I call threats.. This warren location really needs to be looked over by corporate. If I'm being honest, after dealing this this, as much as I had to say but she made me feel like it is because I am black.. I've seen in there and heard her give extensions to a white women before, but I had to deal with all of this?? I also wrote this review under a completely false email. Fake first and last name. Fake everything because I am scared of the reprocautuons enterprise will take to protect their employees. I had my car since February, and since returning it I can promise I will never go back to this location or refer it to anyone!!!

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ — A Complete Corporate and Location Failure. Never Again. I will never rent from Enterprise again — and I urge anyone considering this location specifically to look elsewhere. This disaster didn't start at this branch. My reservation was made two months in advance and was mishandled by Enterprise's own customer service representatives — not once, but twice. Each time, I had to call back to have it corrected and reconfirmed by Enterprise's customer service team themselves. I was escalated to the corporate team on two separate occasions and was told I would be contacted. Three weeks later — still nothing. Enterprise Corporate has completely ignored me. Then came the final insult: I drove 40 minutes to this location to pick up my reserved premium SUV, only to be told it wasn't available. Manager Sara's solution? Offer me a minivan at the same premium rate I had already paid. No discount. No apology. No accountability. When I declined to pay a premium price for a downgraded vehicle, she refused to adjust the rate — full stop. I expected a manager to apologize, problem-solve, and make things right. Sara did none of that. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and combative from the start. When I asked to speak to someone above her, she told me she was the top of the chain and that the owner — who apparently runs this as a family-owned branch — was unavailable. "Family owned" is supposed to mean personalized, accountable service. This was the opposite. I then asked for Corporate's phone number so I could seek help myself. She gave me the wrong number — twice — while I stood there trying to reach someone, anyone, with a trip planned and only hours to spare. Her final response? "I'm not renting you anything." She refused to rent to me entirely. I was left standing there, stranded, with a reservation, a trip about to start, and zero support from this branch or from Enterprise Corporate. For the record: I did find my premium SUV at another Enterprise location. Sara does not get the satisfaction of thinking she left me without options — but the damage to my time, stress, and trust in this company is done. To the owners of this branch: your manager is actively turning away paying customers with confirmed reservations, refusing to problem-solve, and providing false contact information to prevent escalation. She is costing you money and your reputation. I hope you are fully aware of the shots she is calling in your name. Enterprise as a whole: three weeks of silence from Corporate after two escalations is inexcusable. This level of disregard for loyal customers is exactly why you lose them permanently.
