  I had a great experience at the 14 Mile & Van Dyke location, thanks to Bryan. He was incredibly kind, humble, and genuinely helpful. Even though there were very limited cars available at the time, he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and found a solution for my rental reservation. I truly appreciate his effort, dedication, and commitment to his job. It’s people like Bryan who make a real difference in customer experience. I’m very satisfied and grateful for his help, and I would definitely recommend this location to anyone looking for a rental.

  I own a used car dealership in the area, and I recently contacted Enterprise Rent-A-Car (14 mile and Vandyke location ) to arrange a rental vehicle for one of my customers whose car was having an issue after purchase. We called the location to make a reservation and clearly explained that we (the dealership) would be covering the cost, but the rental would be under the customer’s name. Our customer only had a debit card, so we simply asked what alternative payment options might be available (Zelle, cash, etc.) to complete the reservation. Instead of providing clear guidance, the staff members (Brian and Keon) immediately became rude and unprofessional. We were told we were “breaching the code of conduct” without any explanation of what that even meant. As a business trying to take care of our customer, we were simply asking basic questions about their policies. The situation escalated when: • They hung up on us multiple times • Continued picking up and disconnecting our calls • Eventually answered just to yell and tell us not to call back This is completely unacceptable behavior, especially from a company that deals with customers daily. There was zero professionalism, zero communication, and no attempt to help or clarify their policies. We understand that companies have rules regarding payment methods that’s not the issue. The issue is the lack of respect, poor customer service, and outright hostility from the staff. As a business owner myself, I would never allow my team to treat customers this way. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend this location.

  I went to the Enterprise on Van Dyke and 14 Mile and now I won’t go to any other location. They were very pleasant and knowledgeable. I had a great rental experience
