  Jasmine went out of her way to make me happy and she also went up and beyond to reimburse me for gas because the vehicle I purchased had hardly no gas. She even called me the next day to ask me how my vehicle was

  Unsafe Vehicle Sold — Buyer Beware Review: I purchased a car from Enterprise Car Sales and have had serious safety and mechanical issues. Shortly after buying the vehicle: The transmission failed, causing hesitation, loud noises, and unsafe driving conditions. While driving on the freeway, the seatbelt popped off, creating a major safety hazard. I discovered that this vehicle was part of a known transmission defect/recall for 2020–2023 models before I purchased it. Despite this, the dealership did not disclose the issue or offer assistance. Attempts to get help from the dealership and the manufacturer were not successful, and my warranties had expired, leaving me responsible for repairs. I am warning potential buyers to thoroughly check recalls and inspect vehicles carefully before purchasing from this dealership. Safety is not guaranteed, and I would not recommend buying a car from Enterprise Car Sales without extreme caution.

  My experience wasnt the best, I am still waiting for a registration from a vehicle I purchased at the beginning of January 2026. It is now March 10th 2026. After speaking with several sales associates, they tell me to contact the DMV however my plate was transferred and the vehicle is not paid off, which means that the title work was supposed to be done by the dealership. I never received a temporary registration either. I've called management several times and left voicemails and still no response back. I am looking to get in touch with an area manager or district manager as having no registration can lead to legal action in the state of Michigan. So please I would like to get this resolved as soon as possible.

  My husband and I initially came in to just look at a vehicle and test drive it to see if we actually wanted to consider it for our next vehicle. Our sales rep, Nolan, was so inviting and personable. He made us feel welcome and truly comfortable with the whole “dealership process”. Nolan was very clear, upfront and transparent about the whole process. He worked with our low credit, fought for us with the banks and eventually got us into our dream car with no hassle and pure confidence in the process. We love our 2025 Kona! And we will be referring everyone we know to Nolan and the Enterprise dealership!
