The manager offered to order my parts to begin repairs but I decided to wait for repairs. The estimate price are reasonable and time frame for repairs was a good turn around

This behavior is with both customers and community partners like tow operaters etc. They are supposedly an Allstate preferred shop but based on their customer service I question that designation and made a formal complaint to them. I’m so glad I went with another car repair place and will tell anyone who considers Gerber to avoid the location in Warren.
