  If I could leave zero stars I would. Rented a car for the weekend showed up today to get it and she lied to us telling us there was no phone number to contact us that the car we wanted wasn't there horrible customer service won't ever use them again.

  Terrible service and experience. I had a reservation for 12 and I am told they don’t even have cars available to fulfill my reservation. They offered I go to the 18 mile location and didn’t attempt to assist further. Told me they were closing and rushed to leave. Poor service and communication.

  Terrible service constantly switching reservations, my company is on the fence to ever use this location in the future. Makes matters worse is they put you on hold soon as you call then ultimately end the call instead of taking it like a real employee. I hope the company I work for that does long term rentals through you guys never uses this location again an half the vehicles are beat up bad

  Overall, I had a great experience with this rental company. The vehicle wasn’t as clean as I expected when I picked it up, but the outstanding customer service from Jaichaun more than made up for it. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick to help with any concerns. Their positive attitude and willingness to assist made the entire process smooth. I would definitely rent from them again.

  I made a luxury car reservation to drive my son and his date to prom about two weeks before the event. I received several confirmations of the reservation's time and location. I showed up the day of the reservation and there was no luxury car, no attempt to obtain a luxury car and nothing remotely close to acceptable. The reservation was at 4:30pm and the event started at 6pm. After expressing my frustration the rep checked snd called a nearby location in Madison Heights who had a BMW but demanded I go there to pick it up and I refused to go. They would neither drop off the car or allow that location to come and pick it up on my behalf. The luxury car reservation was costing me $291 for two days including insurance. Because I needed a car still for leisure purposes I decided to get a car they had on the lot an intermediate suv. That truck was costing as much as the luxury rental. The rep gave a 15% discount which was nothing in terms of them ruining my son's special day. I ended up contacting Limo World of Hazel Park and paying $700 for a 1.5 hour rental to drop them off at the prom and take photos. Utterly ridiculous but unfortunately my only option. After sharing my experience, all of my friends and family told me that I should have gone with Turo. I downloaded the app, read the terms and conditions and saw a much better selection, which was precise and was not a reservation that states it would be either this type of car or that. Although as an ex employee of Enterprise who's had no major issues renting over the years, this experience was enough for me to never rent again. I will be using Turo for my future needs. Hopefully this review of my experience will keep others from going through the same After my review, I received an auto-reply stating that someone would contact me to discuss the situation further after looking into it on their end and to date that has not happened. It just furthers my opinion of the lack of customer service. I definitely didn't want to be hard on them as their exact location was one of my first jobs many years ago; however I recall the grueling training I endured which emphasized excellent customer service. I see that things have really changed.
