    I am not happy with this location. They didn't have much to choose from since it was almost end of day. Fine no big deal dice they said I could swap it out at the Bloomfield locations. But I went and they did have anything. The vehicle I'm currently in smells like a wet dog and you can see animal hair. And I am just not comfortable with it. I was supposed to swap out. I spoke to Matt and told him that I would be coming from West Bloomfield to. He said fine as I would be a few minutes past 6:00pm. I arrived at 6:04pm. No one here I would have never showed up if he didn't tell me I could still come. That's just shitty customer service. I will be cancelling this reservation and going else where.

    I reserved my vehicle two weeks in advance. I was in and out in not time when picking up the vehicle. As well as when I returned the vehicle in and out. Also met the new Site Manager Sarah and she was very hospital. Even provided cream for my coffee!;)

    The process was easy and if there were any questions they were answered quickly and efficiently. The rental itself was dependable and just what we needed to make our trip less stressful. We will be using this same location for a up coming trip in two weeks. If you want a good reliable vehicle at a great value go see Sarah and the guys at this location.
