I had a reservation in July for a large luxury SUV. I called a couple of weeks in advance to confirm, and was told that this location does not carry that class of vehicle in its fleet. I asked why I was able to make the reservation if the vehicle type wasn’t actually available. It seems like customers are allowed to book vehicles that the location cannot provide, which defeats the purpose of a reservation. This appears to be a recurring issue with Enterprise, as I’ve experienced it before and have also seen employees go above and beyond to bring in cars from other locations when possible. In this case, I was told that the reservation existed only because I booked through a third party (Costco Travel). However, I later checked and confirmed I could make the same reservation directly through Enterprise’s own website. The bottom line: Enterprise needs to improve how they manage reservations and ensure customers receive the vehicle class they actually book.

They were nothing but amazing the manager Brian and his team show the most amazing customer service skills and I appreciate all the hard work that they do for their customers they are definitely the shop to go to if you are in need of a vehicle. Wish I could remember all of their names because they all deserve credit. Never felt so welcomed and heard so thank you again so much
