    Brian is the man! Very accommodating When they didn’t have the car that I needed he coordinated a ride for me to the different enterprise location to pick up the car always available even gave me his card for anything. Very personable and professional.

    The Enterprise Rent A Car experience was really good . And the people that I dealt with at the 14 mile in Van Dyke location we're really good they're friendly smiling professional and quick no issues at all it was great experience.

    When I returned a SUV (not the vehicle type I reserved) employee Keion spoke to me in an extremely rude tone. I complained about it to Brian who flat out said he didn't believe me. Why would anyone make it up? He repeated that he didn't believe me numerous times and told me to find another location in the future. He even refused me a ride home. I'm a senior citizen who has used Enterprise for years. I've been to that location several times previously with no problem from the former staff. It's the only location that is close enough to pick me up. So I'm out of luck now. No other company does pick ups. It was the 32432 Van Dyke, Warren, MI location.
