This dynamic duo went ABOVE AND BEYOND to make sure I was taken care of when picking up the car, while having the car, AND when dropping it off. Both men understand the importance behind great customer service and provide it consistently! Bravo! Even if you’ve had a bad experience with Enterprise, I’m willing to bet you could give this location a second chance and you would completely change your mind about the brand.

Listened to our needs, explained things throughly, answered questions when I called after picking up the car. The other guys in the office were good too when I called & when I dropped off the car. I rented a car from the Warren location because unfortunately my personal car was damaged in a hit-and-run and had to be in the dent shop. So the guys at this location were really nice in a difficult time for me.
