    0 stars cause 1 is not it soooo I had a flat tire over the weekend and I happened to use their air pump the guy at the gas station told me they had free air so I’m like cool I get there the damn air pump got stuck and messed my valve up so I had to leave my car in their parking lot I apologize so I wait till today to get a new tire it’s $111 okay no problem I sent my child’s father to get my car cause I’m not from here so I’m talking to him he said they had my car up in the air for an HOUR an HOUR he did say dude had other appointments ok coo no problem so dude comes and tell him I need front work done ummm I know that I just need a tire for right now he didn’t come for that he came for a TIRE then says they were messing around I’m like do I need to call up there he said the phones weren’t working huh??? When I heard the girl answer the phone anyways he said every time he asked him a question dude got an attitude like dude what’s up with that RUDE and yes we’re BLACK and had rude customer service like come on I have a 7 month old baby and now I’m SCARED they did something to my car and I don’t know what to do Help!!

    Got the family van back on the road with Michelin defender2 tires. I’m feeling much better about my family traveling now. Thanks TODD , we appreciate everything. The kids LOVE the belle tire man . 👍👍They both have had one in their hand since Saturday morning. ( seriously they have.)

    ZERO STAR* This place is a complete scam. On 9/15, I purchased a loose tire here and had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The person I dealt with, John, was rude, unprofessional, and had no sense of customer service. They told me I could only pay cash for the tire, but when I tried to pay, John said he didn’t have change and made me go next door to get exact change. After purchasing the tire, I took it to my mechanic, who confirmed I didn’t even need a new tire—my current ones are still in good condition. Naturally, I called Belle Tire to return the unused tire (with receipt, tire still in my trunk). Unfortunately, John answered again. Instead of helping, he flat-out refused, act rude and telling me there are no returns if paid in cash. So let me get this straight: I couldn’t use a credit card, was forced to pay in cash, then was told I can’t return the item because I paid in cash? What kind of shady, unfair policy is that? Belle Tire at 14 & Van Dyke has shown me they care nothing about customers, honesty, or fairness. I left with a useless tire, wasted money, and the worst impression of this company. I’ll never be back, and I highly recommend avoiding this location at all costs.
