- ARalen ravancicFeb 5, 20261.0Extremely poor experience. Advanced Auto Parts claims you can return a product if it fails, but when the part I purchased did fail, my return was flat-out denied. Instead of honoring the return policy they advertise, I was forced into a replacement for a product I did not need, since I had already purchased an OEM replacement after their part failed. This feels misleading at best and dishonest at worst. To make matters worse, while an employee was checking my battery, they held my spare tire directly against my car the entire time, showing zero care or awareness for customer vehicles. That level of carelessness is unacceptable and could have easily caused damage. Between the misleading return policy and the lack of basic respect for my vehicle, this location has completely lost my trust. I will not be returning, and I would not recommend this store to anyone who expects their policies to be honored or their car to be treated properly.
