- ACAudrey CahillJan 22, 20252.0NO FREE BATTERY INSTALLATION IN TRUNK! Purchased a battery today since mine is dying and need it installed. They said they can’t install it because it’s located in the trunk. Instead they referred me to a buddy mechanic down the street where I would have to pay to have it installed of course. They seem nice and helpful at the store, but I dont particularly trust that moving a mat and 1 bracket around a battery to install it warrants a mechanics visit when it’s supposed to be free here according to their site. Also they apparently stop installations at 4pm, not 6pm.
