  I had a very frustrating experience at the Belle Tire location on Van Dyke. I paid online for a tire replacement and scheduled an appointment for 5:00 PM, but when I arrived, the store had no record of my payment or appointment. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. Because of this, I had to leave work early and was put in an emergency situation with no way to get home. I was then forced to pay again in-store just to receive the service I had already paid for. This caused financial loss and affected my job, all due to a system failure and lack of support. A system error is understandable — leaving a paying customer stranded is not. I expect a refund for the original payment and a proper resolution. I hope this issue is taken seriously so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

  John R. was super helpful, very patient, and an excellent communicator and kept me up-to-date of the status of my repairs. I needed multiple things done in order to be safe for the road for a long trip and he paid attention to details to make sure my vehicle was safe to drive. He even found an issue with my oil cooler and had it taken care of so it was safe to drive until I could get into the dealer to access my warranty. Would highly recommend this location and will definitely be back to Belle Tire!
