  I’ve been a long time customer and also a former employee at AutoZone, so I feel like I have a solid sense of what good service should look like here. I want to be honest about my experience today because this location used to be the kind of place anyone could walk into and get quick, helpful support, especially for simple things. I came in for something basic, a rear wiper blade. The store wasn’t busy and there were around 4–5 employees working. While the initial interaction was friendly enough, it didn’t feel very professional. I got help looking up the correct part, but no one offered to grab it from the floor. Not a huge deal, but noticeable. Where things really fell short was when I asked for help installing it. Two employees passed me off to a manager, who then told me they “don’t go outside.” That was honestly surprising. I had now asked multiple employees for help with a very simple, standard task and no one showed any initiative. On top of that, there was a lot of joking that crossed into being uncomfortable and included some unwarranted comments toward me, which made the experience worse. I do want to highlight one employee, a younger guy who stepped up when no one else would. He was kind, respectful, and helped me get the blade on in about a minute. That’s the kind of service I remember from this company. It’s disappointing because this used to be a place that took pride in helping customers and setting a good example for employees. Right now, that doesn’t seem consistent across the team. With so many other auto parts stores around, it makes it hard to choose this location again.

  Ace thank you for your help today you were so helpful to me and my husband with a windshield wiper we appreciate you if I had the power to give you a raise I would I hope your manager is reading this and you get a raise thank you again

  Dear Customer Service, I recently visited the AutoZone store in Warren, Michigan ( 02/14/2026, around 6pm to 6:30 pm) and purchased windshield wiper blades for my vehicle. I politely asked if someone could help install them, but the staff refused to assist. (totally ignored and insult me, call next coustomer) I understand that installation may depend on store availability, but I was disappointed with the response. I would appreciate it if you could review this situation and help improve the customer service experience. Thank you for your time.

  The workers they don't know how to use the system to pull up that part I need I always have this issue
