  I was just recently stranded in Walled Lake while my Truck was being repaired at Tuffys , We went to Enterprise to get a car . They had nothing available but Paul said he would call if something came in . Well not only did he call he came to pick me up from the Auto Shop. Thank You Paul for going the extra mile to help in a crisis. It was really appreciated Crystal W.

  I downloaded the app in their parking lot took me a couple minutes, went inside and had my car within five more minutes. Everything went down perfectly.

  Per my USAA car insurance, I used this Enterprise to rent a car during the time my car was repaired after being involved in an accident. While making the reservation, I specifically stressed that I needed a SUV with room large enough to store my walker in the back, such as the Ford Edge I was having repaired. Since my insurance would only pay for a standard car, I was told I needed to pay $9 a day for a mid-size SUV and that I would receive a Ford Edge, a Jeep, or a Nissan Rogue. I again stressed the need for a large trunk, and I was assured that a SUV to fit my needs would be available, and that this request was not an issue. I was quite surprised that I received a Mazda CX5 when I picked up my rental. This is more like a cross-over car/SUV, and certainly is not a mid-size SUV. I explained to the staff on site that I had reserved and needed a larger SUV to store a walker I use due to a disability. I received a shrug of the shoulders, which I took to indicate that the small CX5 was what I was getting. I told the staff I was very skeptical whether my walker would fit in the trunk (and it didn’t). There was no attempt to try to get me in a larger SUV maybe from another Enterprise location or to give me a larger SUV when one was dropped off at their location. I thought twice about posting this review because I didn’t want to make a big deal out of something that wasn’t super important in the long run. After all, the Mazda CX5 was very clean and drove well. But after thinking it over, I decided a review would be appropriate since (1) I made such a big point about reserving the SUV I needed; (2) I was told I would definitely receive the SUV I needed; (3) I was very inconvenienced trying to store my walker in the “SUV” provided; and (4) it seems to me that fulfilling requests of this sort is kind of the ABCs of the car rental business. I would not recommend this Enterprise location for anybody that is looking for and expects to receive a specific car for whatever reason. Again, I do give credit to the CX5’s cleanliness and drivability.
