Explained that my car just needed to be jumped and I needed my battery charged and if they offered that service. First he didn’t know if they offered that service— had to ask manager. Second he didn’t know if that service cost— had to ask manger. He finally says that they offered that service and it’s free of charge. I say okay great I’ll be bringing my vehicle to you shortly. I arrive within 10 minutes, walk in and I say “ Hi yes I just called about needing my car battery charged” 5 guys behind the counter all staring at me as if I’m speaking another language. Finally one guy speaks and says “yeah we actually need your battery” I respond “out of the car?” He says “yes, we don’t have a machine that we can bring out to your car, and it’ll take a few hours to charge.” The few hours part didn’t bother me but the lack of information given to me over the phone about NEEDING TO TAKE THE BATTERY OUT OF THE VEHICLE before bringing it in was unappreciated. I ran down the situation over the phone with the guy from the beginning and said I was bring my car up there. I left frustrated and felt I wasted my time.
