This store has a friendly, and knowledgeable staff, of the products they have for all your auto needs. This store has a dedicated Commercial Dept., should you have a car repair business. Overall, my shopping experience was very good.

Every time I call and ask if they have a part they tell me yes and the price. When I get to the store be it 7 mins later or more they have different information for me a higher price, the part has to be ordered.. if you need something just go in and get it there and then or else you'll be disappointed. This has happened 3+ times so I'm writing a review I always just head down the Rd to oriellys and they have accurate phone call info and in store info.
RUDE EMPLOYEE ALERT:
There is one lady who is extremely rude and terrible at her job she seems like she should go work somewhere else as she hates dealing with customers. Whenever I call and she answers she always puts me on hold whenever I or my family go into the store she is rude. She has worked there for a while now I'm not sure why.

I unfortunately was bamboozled out of returning something that I was told over the phone, was returnable. I will not be returning here because of the bamboozling done & not having their customers best interest in mind. The fact the original employee that guided me with the purchase the same day I tried to return it said nothing and allowed it to happen. Do better for others in the community!
