  I came to this store yesterday, 4/27/26 at 5pm, because my engine light came on & I needed it diagnosed. I didn’t get her name, but the lady with the locs hairstyle “assisted” me. She was NOT helpful at all!! I don’t know if it was lack of customer service, lack of knowledge or what, but she wasn’t good. Previous experiences here have been better but dealing with her yesterday was bad enough that it made me leave this review smh.

  The lady named Kimberly is very rude and has no customer service skills. When I was in the store yesterday I saw her treating one of her employees so rudely and disrespectfully when there was no need for it that I do not want to come to this location ever again and I hope the employees that was getting talked down too gets a raise for having to deal with that . He was so polite and has amazing customer service and he was so nice even after being treated that way .That lady needs to be fired or reprimanded for her attitude not only towards her employees but also customers .

  Lemme just start and say y'all need something done? You ask for Joshua M or honestly any team member besides Kimberly. While there to get some free testing for my battery and stuff she seemed to pawn off any work she got on anyone else. She spoke down to her team members and idk if she was having a bad day but if that's how she regularly treats them that would be exhausting. Great job to the rest of the team working to maintain a continued level of professionalism while she slacked off. Also the fact that she sent a team member home after they asked her to speak nicely to them is kinda wild, me and several other customers kinda just stood there and looked at each other awkwardly.

  The older white lady with dark hair has a serious attitude problem. I know more about vehicles then anyone that has ever worked at this Autozone will ever know. My commercial account and my personal account spends more at Autozone in a year then most people will ever spend at any parts store during their whole lifetime. You can’t talk to everyone like they’re stupid and you can’t just be flat out rude to everyone. I’ll be going to oreilys across the street until that lady is gone from this particular store.
