  I went to Tuffy because I had a slow leak in my tire. Upon arrival Ethan was able to get my car up right away and check out the issue. Unfortunately I had a few more issues that needed to be fixed in order to drive out of there safely. Ethan quoted me a very fair price for the parts, labor and a new tire. He ordered the parts immediately and had my car done in a couple of hours. I really appreciate the honesty, care and timely service they provided. I will definitely be taking my business here whenever I have an issue with a vehicle.

  Best price, service, convenience and after care I found after shopping several places. Had a flat and needed an emergency 1 tire replacement. Was the only place that helped fix my immediate issue before I got all 4 replaced. Saved about 40% with no wait and honest feedback. Definitely recommend!!

  I had a great experience at Tuffy Tire & Auto Service. I came in with a flat tire and they fixed it quickly and efficiently without any hassle. The staff was friendly, professional, and got me back on the road much faster than I expected. Highly recommend them if you need fast, reliable tire service!

  I had a nail in my rear tire and ended up needing to get that one replaced and the two front tires. I have no problem going back here. They are honest people, they communicate great, and they gave me a lot of info that I didn’t know. I learned some things in the short time I was there. Everybody treated me well; that’s a big thing to me. Thanks for the help. A place I’ll come back to if I need to in the future. I watched and listened when they dealt with other customers too, giving them info on warranties and recalls on things; it was genuine.

  I am a long time customer with 5 vehicles. I generally bounce back and forth between them and Nash's. My last experience with Tuffy was not good. I brought my vehicle in for rear brakes. They called me and did a complete vehicle inspection, which I appreciate. What I didn't appreciate was the salesmen tactics, trying to pad the bill and the outrageous pricing they wanted me to agree to. For example they told me I needed a battery and an oil change soon. They quoted me $410 for the battery and $110 for the oil change. $520 for a battery and an oil change. I contacted the Chevy dealership and they quoted me $270 for an Ac Delco battery installed and $67 for an oil change and tire rotation, $337 AT THE CHEVY DEALER. Almost $200 dollars less. That's just some of the outrageous pricing they gave me. This Tuffy used to seem like a family owned business who were concerned with the customer satisfaction instead of greasing their own pockets. That has changed. You need to go to Nash's if you want that experience.
