- TSTricia ShoemakerSep 27, 20251.0DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE! I would not recommend bringing my car to this place. My car was brought in with a front end/drivers side tire area damage. They told me it was ready to pick up. Someone drove the car from the back to the front and somehow didn't notice that it desperately needed an alignment. They claimed that their policy is if there's no suspension damage, then they don't do an alignment. When it was brought in the steering wheel was almost turned up at a 90° angle! There's NO way they couldn't have noticed that it needed an alignment! Isn't that what they do? "Fix" the vehicle? I got excuses and claims that the person the worked on my vehicle didn't work there anymore. The "manager" kept telling me she was only filling in temporarily from another location. What does that matter? Just incompetency and lame excuses. I have little confidence that the other work on my vehicle was done properly. Edit: found out i needed a strut, not just an alignment.
