I should have written this review back in November 2025, but I have been having too much fun driving my Volvo XC 90! Our salesman, Moe was the BEST! We were coming from a town about 1 hour away. He got an Uber for us and made the whole process smooth. He spent so much time explaining every feature of our car. If you are in the market for a new car, definitely go see Moe at Suburban Volvo!

Vehicle Service here is 2nd to none. My car was purchased here with 26 miles on it, I now have 60,120. No breakdowns, warranty repairs, or services other than the 10k mile services required, ever. Volvo is a great quality car and their service is great.

We absolutely love our Volvo – it’s a wonderful car. Unfortunately, the service department’s persistent communication problems have made ownership so unbearable that we’ve decided to sell it.
The issues started when I brought my car in for a leak in the right tire. Somehow, they “fixed” the left tire instead. When I needed a new tire and dropped off my car at 1pm, I waited all day without a single call. It wasn’t until I followed up that I learned the tire wasn’t even in stock and wouldn’t arrive until the next day – information that should have been communicated immediately.
After dealing with several similarly frustrating situations, I handed service responsibilities over to my husband, hoping a different point of contact might help. Unfortunately, he’s now experiencing the same headaches with their lack of communication and follow-through.
Basic service coordination shouldn’t be this difficult. A simple phone call to update customers on delays, parts availability, or completed work would go a long way. It’s heartbreaking that poor service is forcing us to part with a car we genuinely love, but we can’t continue dealing with this level of frustration every time maintenance is needed.
If you’re considering a Volvo, think carefully about whether you have access to a reliable service center – it makes all the difference in ownership experience.

Buyer beware.
We bought a 2022 Mini Cooper from this high end Suburban Volvo dealer. We asked for detailed report of maintenance inspection. It is detailed below. We drive car home on January 2, 2026. We saw oil on the floor of garage. (The sales manager has blamed this on my husband now). Buyer beware. We called the salesperson he avoided first interaction and we called again. This is when we realized their sales team allows multiple numbers and emails, once again BUYER BEWARE. Once this salesperson was reached again he explained how their sales team must pay for the maintenance services and they did a full inspection and saw nothing. BUYER BEWARE.
The oil on the floor has led to a 3000 bill on a 2022 car fourteen days after purchase. We have the proof from the mini dealer (1/20/2026) did look at the car and boldly claimed Suburban Volvo didn’t do their job and led to this bill. We have spoke with Suburban Volvo sales manager which squarely put the blame on us. He tried to settle this with 10 percent of the cost, we denied. He and his sales team lied to get a sale. They were a nice dealer on the outside, but they kindly blamed the oil change problem on the client and allowed us to take the burden financially of their negligence. So if you’re buying a car - BUYER BEWARE.
They have communication loops, they also do not even show pictures of managers. Yet they do for all their sales team. They have some integrity issues and we have warned you. May justice come to them. As they pass the burden on to buyers and justify it.
UPDATED AFTER ORIGINAL POST: the response from the owner is in the pictures. As it does not show up on this thread. We did call.
Buyer beware.
As stated in the original post this dealership is about looking good to the public. The response from “owner” (in picture below) resulted in three calls initiated by us. And three messages since Saturday. It is Tuesday at 6pm. We have had ZERO RETURNED phone calls after they are asking us to contact them at the number in screenshot below. Service here is “lip service” not actual service. Buyer beware. Justice is not in our hands. Just grateful we can warn you.
