My biggest complaint was that my car was returned dirty. My entire interior was covered in white dust. I had to get my car cleaned and detailed on the inside due to the amount of dirt. While I didn't expect them to clean any of my mess in the car, I did expect my car car returned without my car being covered in white dust. I attempted to notify them and filled out their online survey. I never heard back.
